What's included in Sandbox?
Sandbox is free forever and includes all platform features with daily operation caps and 30-day data retention. It's designed for evaluation, development, and small-scale use.
How does the committed minimum work?
You choose a monthly committed minimum ($149, $499, or $999). Higher commitments unlock lower per-operation rates. If your usage exceeds the committed minimum, the overage is billed at your per-unit rates. If usage is below the minimum, you pay the minimum.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply Sandbox limits (daily caps, rate limits) immediately, but billing continues through the end of your current period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved but subject to Sandbox retention limits (30 days). Data older than 30 days will be purged after downgrade. Export your data before downgrading if you need to keep it.
How is usage billed?
Usage is tracked per API operation and billed monthly through Stripe. You can view real-time usage and projected costs in the billing dashboard. Overages beyond your committed minimum are added to your next invoice.
What's the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes custom pricing, negotiated gain-share rates (10-15%), higher rate limits, unlimited API keys, dedicated support with SLAs, and custom data retention. Contact sales to discuss your requirements.
